
DuPage Foundation is pleased to announce the recent appointment of eight new members to its various committees. Linda Dauksas of Hinsdale and Jim Stelter of Glen Ellyn have joined the Bright & Early DuPage Committee; Matt Darnall of Glen Ellyn and Laurie McMahon of Hinsdale have joined the Investment Committee; Matt Booth of Burr Ridge and Chris Rohn of Hinsdale have joined the Audit Committee; and Bill Hassett of Woodridge and Charlie McKenna of Wheaton have joined the Financial Operations Committee.

Matt Booth is a retired PwC partner who has almost 30 years of professional experience in internal and external auditing, and has completed executive coaching certification. Matt is known for his trust-building capabilities, collaborative style, and ability to translate technical concepts into practical understanding. Matt and his wife, Mary, enjoy outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with their family.
Matt Darnall and his wife Jennifer have two grown children. Matt was a managing director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked in the Investment Banking Division. He is currently on the board of Olin Corporation, a member of Hyde Park Angels, and a trustee at both DePauw University and Glenwood Academy. Matt enjoys spending time with family, golf, and travel.
Linda Dauksas is an early childhood professional who is dedicated to serving young children and families across communities—including those children and families who are underrepresented, experiencing challenges, and seeking resources to realize the hopes and dreams they are working toward. Linda is a professor in the School of Education at Elmhurst University. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Northern Iowa, her master’s degree from Governors State University, and her doctorate from National Louis University.
Bill Hassett is the CEO of DOT Org Services, which provides consulting services to not-for-profits in the areas of capital accumulation, governance, and strategy. Bill has served on the boards of many not-for-profits in the areas of affordable housing, education, social enterprise, and services for seniors. He has mentored college students and leaders of employee engagement groups. Bill participates in real estate and business networking groups and is committed to matching network members to organizations with relevant needs.
Charlie McKenna is a Trustee Emeritus of DuPage Foundation who has served on multiple committees over the years. He retired from Crowe LLP, but continues to serve on boards and committees for many organizations. He also acts as a consultant, sharing his strong leadership skills and international experience to help organizations with strategic objectives and growth. Charlie and his wife Kathy live in Wheaton.
Laurie McMahon is a Hinsdale resident and a Trustee Emeritus of DuPage Foundation, where she has served on many committees. Laurie retired from a successful career in banking and finance. She now volunteers as a board member at Hinsdale Humane Society and as a committee member at Child’s Voice School.
Chris Rohn is a principal in PwC’s Cyber, Risk & Regulatory practice specializing in Investigations & Forensics. Chris has 30 years of consulting experience on a variety of strategic, financial, and operational matters. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Chris and his wife, Karin, live in Hinsdale with their family.
James Stelter is a Glen Ellyn resident with vast experience creating positive impact for children, families and community. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Valparaiso University. He also has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in finance from University of Memphis. He has a doctorate of education from National Louis University. Jim retired as the superintendent of Bensenville Elementary School District 2 and is now the business manager at Queen Bee Elementary School District 16.
