Submit Final Reports
Community Needs
Our Grant Committee and Board of Trustees regularly evaluate our Community Needs Grant Program and the impact of its funding on the community. In order to guide future grantmaking efforts, the Foundation requires grantees to submit a final report at the completion of the funded project or by May 1 (Health & Human Services grants) or November 1 (Arts & Culture, Education and Environment grants) in the year following the grant award.
Final reports should be uploaded to the grant by logging into your online account.
JCS Fund
As a condition of receiving a grant from the JCS Fund of the DuPage Foundation, grant recipients are required to submit a final report at the conclusion of the program for which the grant is given or by the date specified in the grant award letter.
Recipients of Young People’s Music Award grants must submit a final report by June 1 of the year following the grant award.
