Since 2018, the JCS Arts, Health and Education Fund of DuPage Foundation has awarded Visual Arts and Music mini-grants in the amount of $2,500 or less each quarter to not-for-profit organizations that serve DuPage County residents. The next deadline for 2020 is Wednesday, September 30, for organizations to apply for the mini-grants.
In the past, organizations such as schools, park districts and libraries as well as not-for-profits serving children, seniors and people with special needs and few resources have received grants for projects such as murals, art programs, programs that reflect cultural heritage and more.
The goal for the grant program is to enrich the landscape of DuPage County with locally-developed, high-quality visual arts or certain music programs. Applicants are urged to review the application guidelines carefully before applying. For more information, contact Laura Ernst at DuPage Foundation.
