Foundation Trustee Wasson Named Senior Vice President at Capital Group

DOWNERS GROVE, Illinois—The Foundation's Board of Trustees and staff congratulates Trustee Nate Wasson on his new position at Capital Group Private Client Services. In November, Wasson was named senior vice president and investment counselor for Capital Group's Chicago office. In his new role, he works directly with high-net worth individuals and families to create customized plans for protecting and growing their wealth, often across multiple generations. Wasson also helps corporate executives and business owners prepare for significant financial transitions, and works closely with family offices and foundations throughout the United States.

Wasson has spent nearly two decades in financial services advising families, employees and businesses. Prior to joining Capital Group, he held roles as a senior investment manager for JPMorgan Chase, managing director for BMO Private Bank, and a private wealth manager for Alliance Bernstein. Wasson has a B.A. from Valparaiso University, holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, and is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Wasson joined the Foundation's Board of Trustees in September 2013 and has served on the Benefit and Bright & Early DuPage committees. Wasson lives in Hinsdale with his wife Sandra, and their two children.
