The DuPage Foundation’s Next Generation Initiative (NGI) recently hosted its Annual “Fall Fling” at Flight 112 in Elmhurst on September 27. During the event, the NGI was pleased to highlight the efforts of two area charities—Family Shelter Service and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana (with a focus on its house near Central DuPage Hospital)—and preview volunteer opportunities with them while also raising funds in support of their missions.
The DuPage Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of William E. Blum; Denise A. Horne; John W. Kaiser, Jr.; and Dorothy I. O’Reilly to its Board of Trustees. Recently, all four were elected to the Board and officially began their tenure at the Foundation’s Annual Board Meeting on September 21, 2017, at Stonebridge Country Club in Aurora. The new Trustees replaced three retiring Trustees: Phillip R. Cabrera, Marilyn K. Gaston, and Richard W. Kuhn.
